What to expect
Before the call
You’ll know this is for you if you have that sense of urgency of needing to get un-stuck and kick start some changes which align with the direction you want your life to go in.
The questions in the form will us both prepare so that we know where the focus should be.
The 90mins wil be totally bespoke to what you want to shift and create.
During the call
My focus is on being the best support you need to create the changes in your life you want to create.
We’ll work out what is getting in the way and you’ll leave with a strategy for moving forwards.
If you don’t know where to start with getting un-stuck (maybe it’s a feeling you can’t pinpoint), I will create the space for you to find the clarity you need.
After the call
You may have got exactly what you need from the call in order to move forwards.
You might decide you want to continue coaching with me to create further shifts in your life.
We can have a free call in the days after your Strategy Call to create a plan which will support you. The cost of this session will be deducted from my 3 months package.
